Fuse Fundraising is a consulting agency that supports nonprofits through direct response fundraising strategy. As the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, empowering our client teams to make informed decisions. Working in a collaborative, team-based environment, the Analytics Manager reports to the Executive Vice President.

? Expertise translating business requests into meaningful deliverables, including visualizations that are both impactful and visually appealing.
? Experience building and maintaining Python ETL processes, including investigating and resolving data anomalies, discrepancies, and errors in the ETL pipeline.
? Ability to conduct ad hoc data analysis to answer business questions and investigate data issues.
? Demonstrated capacity to lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
? Curiosity, self-motivation, and a desire to continuously learn and improve
Required Skills
? Proficiency in Python, including data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
? Experience with ETL management, including design, debugging, and optimization.
? Demonstrated understanding of data visualization principles and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
? Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
? Proven track record of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
? Experience creating scalable and dynamic visualizations in Power BI
? Familiarity with Azure technologies (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Lake)
? Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics techniques
? Previous experience in a marketing or non-profit environment
