YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS A CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS MANAGER:

As a Customer Solutions Manager, your day is a dynamic blend of leadership and coordination. You expertly lead efforts to develop tailored solutions for clients, ensuring the seamless involvement of necessary company associates. For you, quality assurance remains paramount, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement. Your role bridges the gap between client needs and internal departments, ensuring all teams understand and meet customer requirements.

Your consistent and proactive problem-solving minimizes setbacks, while ongoing development enhances the company's service offering. QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of project management experience (sales experience preferred)

Friendly, team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
