JOHNLEONARD is seeking an experienced and collaborative IP Administrator in Boston to provide litigation support to case teams in intellectual property litigation. This full-time Litigation Administrator role is hybrid and offers a salary of $86K-$108K and excellent benefits.
As a Litigation Administrator, you will prepare legal documents associated with the assigned practice area. This includes reviewing the practitioner's docket, maintaining cases and data integrity, trial support, and interacting with clients and related personnel. You must be able to 2-4 weeks per year.

Independently assist assigned practitioners with various aspects of their dockets
Prepare and file documents with various federal and state courts and agencies as applicable to assigned practice area
Oversee and maintain the integrity of electronic data relating to litigation
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files relating to clients' intellectual property or litigation
To apply for this IP Administrator role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of work experience supporting an intellectual property litigation practice, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. You will also require:
Comprehensive understanding of intellectual property litigation
Understanding of the complexities of intellectual property business relationships
Proficiency in a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Elite Enterprise, DeskSite, and other practice- or firm-specific applications
