Job description:
We're seeking a Project Manager with 3-4 years of project management experience and a solid background in land development engineering and design. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects, including Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial developments, making a tangible impact on the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
Taking on project management responsibilities and leading land development projects from conception to completion.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Conducting site visits, preparing design plans, and overseeing construction activities.
Maintaining client relationships and fostering new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
Professional Engineer License.
At least 7 years of experience in land development engineering and design projects.
Basic CAD and Civil 3D software knowledge.
Strong business and financial acumen with budgeting and scheduling experience.
