In this role, you'll get to:
Troubleshoot and debug technical AI problems faced by customers.
Work with customers to understand their needs and connect them to solutions through our platform.
Work with engineering to deliver the required solutions to ensure customer success.
Be the champion for the customer, so that our platform is leading to their success - customer success leads to upsell opportunities - a key metric for this role.
In simple terms: As someone who is joining as one of the first employees of a growing startup, you will wear many hats related to customer success and do whatever is needed to ensure it (think of Julian Edelman on the Patriots!)
We are looking for people who:
A bachelor's degree with a major/minor in a STEM field.
Have a natural inclination towards troubleshooting and debugging. If you don't enjoy problem solving, this job is NOT for you.
Superb analytical skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and connect them to solutions using our platform.
Sales or customer service experience, particularly in a technical role, is a plus.
