Job Description:

Essential Job Duties
  • Process customer orders from SAP, the website (Magento) and eBay
  • Track, prioritize and expedite sales orders daily to ensure 100% on time shipments
  • Work with sales representatives and directly with customers to resolve sales order issues
  • Make corrections/changes to sales orders as needed
  • Create customer accounts in SAP
  • Create shipping documentation/labels via Pacejet
  • Create invoices for sales orders upon shipment
  • Communicate parts needs for Sales Orders to Procurement and Sales
  • Update sales order shipment tracking
  • File and maintain sales and invoice records
  • Assist Operations team and other departments as needed
  • Adhere to and maintain ESD requirements in all required work areas
  • Adhere to and maintain all quality, safety, environmental and recycling processes and policies

Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Analytical with the ability to learn quickly

Experience
  • Prior experience handling and working with IT hardware a plus

Software Requirements
  • Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Experience in SAP or SAP ByDesign is a plus

Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
