Job Description:
Essential Job Duties
- Process customer orders from SAP, the website (Magento) and eBay
- Track, prioritize and expedite sales orders daily to ensure 100% on time shipments
- Work with sales representatives and directly with customers to resolve sales order issues
- Make corrections/changes to sales orders as needed
- Create customer accounts in SAP
- Create shipping documentation/labels via Pacejet
- Create invoices for sales orders upon shipment
- Communicate parts needs for Sales Orders to Procurement and Sales
- Update sales order shipment tracking
- File and maintain sales and invoice records
- Assist Operations team and other departments as needed
- Adhere to and maintain ESD requirements in all required work areas
- Adhere to and maintain all quality, safety, environmental and recycling processes and policies
Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Analytical with the ability to learn quickly
Experience- Prior experience handling and working with IT hardware a plus
Software Requirements
- Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Experience in SAP or SAP ByDesign is a plus
Physical Demands- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
