Deputy Program Manager
Experience/Responsibilities
Provides problem solving capabilities and solutions to complex security issues.
Has strong working knowledge of federal requirement and technical experience working with IT systems.
Ability to multitask including management of multiple projects, teams, tasks/jobs.
Able to guide/assist staff in other cyber related areas.
Experience with NIST guidance.
Experience with administration of information systems.
Experience managing leading technical projects.
Experience working in multiple sectors of security functions/capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated project management and leadership experience managing a SOC as well as cyber compliance and operations, including SCA, ISSO, Policy and Privacy.
Experience leading and coordinating work carried out under a complex Federal contract and managing contractual, business, and financial issues.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the customer and company organizations.
Possess expert knowledge in one or more areas of cyber security program management holding at least 10 years' experience in that specialized area.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business, Management or related discipline from an accredited institution with 10 or more years' experience.
PMP certification is required.
CISSP or equivalent is desired.
