Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Coordinator at New Health Partners in Miami, FL. The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to training, and overseeing development. This includes managing learning management systems, designing instructional materials, facilitating and intermediating training sessions, and implementing communication strategies.
Qualifications
Training & Development, Instructional Design, and Learning Management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in training and facilitating sessions
Proficiency in creating instructional materials
Ability to analyze training needs and develop tailored programs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of learning technologies and tools
Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
