Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Coordinator at New Health Partners in Miami, FL. The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to training, and overseeing development. This includes managing learning management systems, designing instructional materials, facilitating and intermediating training sessions, and implementing communication strategies.

Qualifications
  • Training & Development, Instructional Design, and Learning Management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in training and facilitating sessions
  • Proficiency in creating instructional materials
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop tailored programs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of learning technologies and tools
  • Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
