The Ford Agency is actively seeking a Project Coordinator to join a collaborative team of driven professionals at a prestigious DC law firm. This individual will provide coordination and administrative support to attorneys and other departments, and general office support for the firm. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to join a dynamic team and build professional relationships with all levels within the organization!
Responsibilities Include:
Provide administrative support related to data management, secretarial assignments, meeting coordination and management, and onboarding new employees
Assist and support Attorneys with calendaring/scheduling, document management, conference room set-up, and client service
Support Visiting Attorneys with travel arrangements and logistics
Assist with Reception coverage, generating reports, routing mail, and other general office support
Collaborate with other departments within the firm
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of related experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while using discretion and independent judgement
