Life Science People is partnering with a CDMO client of ours seeking a Head of Development to lead and oversee their process development team. This is an on-site role based in Torrance, CA.
Requirements
8+ years of process development experience
5+ years of leadership/management
Extensive GMP experience and knowledge
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Extensive project management and strategy implementation experience within process development
Experience with budget management and allocation
Strong background working with cross-functional teams
Minimum of an M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
