The position is responsible for creating and providing outstanding formalized training programs and materials for Weber Inc. customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide and perform customer (operators and maintenance) trainings at Weber Inc.'s facility or at the client site, including pre-training interviews, lesson planning, and material preparation.
Act as a resource for questions regarding Weber Inc. equipment.
Create, update, and maintain training documentation relating to the safe operation and maintenance of Weber Inc. equipment.
Good background in the electrical and mechanical components of Weber Inc. equipment
Advanced knowledge of the different product applications?

Required Skills and Abilities
Electrical, pneumatical, and mechanical experience required.
Mechanical aptitude needed.
Must have the ability to respond and adjust to changing and new situations. Work well in high stress environments and maintain professionalism in dealing with customers and co-workers.
Needs to be self-starter and can work in unsupervised settings.
Must be able to understand complex relationships between different machine components.
Ability to explain complex processes in a simplified manner.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or associates of the organization.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions, geometry, and trigonometry to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be very proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, as well as having working knowledge of database applications and contact management systems
Education and Experience
Associate degree or equivalent technical school diploma in electrical or technical engineering or similar discipline.
Experience in customer training is a plus.
Minimum of two years field service, maintenance, training, or similar experience.
Experience in the food industry is a plus.
Salesforce experience a plus.
Spanish is a plus.
Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Requirements
Current valid U.S. driver's license
Valid U.S. passport or have the ability to obtain one
Must have the ability to travel within North America and Germany
