Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a safe and productive environment in their shop(s).
• Schedule essential meetings (Toolbox, Safety, etc.).
• Draft and manage a realistic Capital Expense Budget annually.
• Enhance customer satisfaction with after-hours service.
• Collaborate with the General Service Manager and Sales team to address customer and equipment concerns and identify sales opportunities.
• Continually refine processes for timely work order closure.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and RMS standards.
• Engage in customer visits and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Local travel to customer sites, with some on-call duties as required.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor branch personnel for peak productivity.
• Conduct regular, fair, and accurate performance evaluations.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Over 4 years of supervisory/leadership and technical/mechanical experience ideally
• Strong computer, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent business acumen with timely decision-making capability.
