Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring high performance levels and adherence to service standards.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness.
Oversee order processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Utilize SAP systems for order management, tracking, and customer interactions.
Work closely with IT and SAP coordinators to optimize and enhance customer service processes within the SAP environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information in SAP systems.
Leverage SAP data for reporting and analysis to drive informed decision-making.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to address customer needs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Customer service experience in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, preferably with SAP experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP order processing modules and functionalities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Familiarity with customer service best practices and industry standards.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $38.00 - $45.67 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
