Expertise with the federal permitting regime cantered on the COP for the project and ability to rapidly implement the COP-focused offshore wind permitting system.
5 years of relevant experience working on permitting and consultation management for complex offshore wind projects and/or large-scale renewable energy projects.
Relevant educational experience, minimum Bachelor's Degree. Advanced degree related to permitting, biological science or environmental engineering is a plus.
