NextGen Federal Systems, LLC (NextGen) is seeking a Senior Executive Support Specialist experienced within Defense Intelligence or the IC. This role provides a full range of administrative support requirements for a defense intelligence customer in Science and Technology. Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment and able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Use strategic guidance to plan and implement communications such as the development of briefings, talking points, newsletters, meeting agendas, etc.
Review, coordinate, and track internal and external staff clearance and nomination packages
Prepare staff summary sheets, memorandum of agreements, and official memos for government review. Assists in updating/developing office level standard operating procedures (SOP)
Collaborate and assist the Senior Engagement in facilitating overview briefings/tours.
Assist with management key internal and external relationships.
Track highlights to relay "success story" to agency leadership. Develop new ways to measure program accomplishments, results, and effectiveness.
Provide support to the e-Task management system
Assist in managing time and labor, as needed
Schedule conference rooms and meetings
Manage senior leadership calendars; coordinates with external offices, as needed, in support of high-level meetings
Utilize project or program management experience to manage, evaluate, and improve processes and communications.
Assists in maintaining internal files and records management
Maintain read-ahead books and files for senior leadership; coordinate with elements for provision of material
Assist in the preparation of charts, graphs, and narrative information for management or program reports from material provided by higher-level employees
Screen incoming correspondence and determine appropriate actions
Review of outgoing correspondence and reports, ensuring proper formats, grammar, and coordination
Assist senior leadership with travel procedures, to include coordination and creation of travel orders in the Defense Travel System.
Monitor and tracks official travel for assigned personnel who may require Special Access Program (SAP) access
Develop slides and audio-visual presentations
Assist in ensuring procedures are followed for proper maintenance, storage and destruction of all types of records and correspondence
Collect and prepare operating reports and budget expenditures
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior EA position supporting DoD or the Intelligence Community and specialized administrative experience at an executive and senior level
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; requires a current Counterintelligence polygraph or ability to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph upon hire
Bachelor's degree in human resources and/or administration
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, preferably with experience as a professional communicator (writing papers, speeches, senior leader communications), public affairs, etc.
Knowledge in time keeping tasks and travel order processing procedures
Proficient using MS Office Suite of applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Microsoft Access (database))
Knowledge in the preparation, crafting, and editing of executive-level and technical correspondence, summaries, guidance, and other documents
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
