The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a poised Professional Development Specialist to join a top-notch DC law firm. This individual will work closely with the Professional Development team in overseeing attorney arrivals, transfers, departures, and coordinating internal and external training programs.
Responsibilities Include:
Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations to further professional development for attorneys
Oversee attorney onboarding, orientations, and offboarding
Coordinates professional development and training initiatives including firm-wide training, CLE programs, and external training
Manage attorney evaluation processes
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years of Professional Development experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
Experience working in a professional services firm
Knowledge of best practices in professional and career development
Proficient in MS Office Suite
