We're looking to expand our team of forward-thinking professionals who desire to pursue a meaningful career impacting the estate and financial outcomes of our clients. We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken, licensed Financial Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable acting as the first point of contact with clients and potential clients, and will be comfortable and proficient at discussing various financial objectives and goals, networking, relationship building, education-based sales, closing sales, influence, and persuasion. The successful candidate will be exceptional on the phone, organized, and prepared. The successful candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor and appearance.

To be successful as a financial advisor, you will have the ability to build instant rapport and achieve very high levels of customer satisfaction, and you will be an active and good listener. The financial advisor will be responsible for assisting in developing relationships with warm leads and new leads, understanding the clients' needs, and ensuring a smooth, individualized financial planning process and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on warm leads
  • Understanding our clients' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Coaching other team members on the advising team regarding the financial planning processes, conversations, and meetings
  • Answering potential clients' questions and sending any additionally information via email or phone call
  • Keeping up with market and economic updates and information
  • Utilizing our database of current and potential clients
  • Explaining and demonstrating services offered and how those benefit our potential clients
  • Researching and vetting potential new leads and clients
  • Closing sales, obtaining new clients, and achieving sales targets
  • Advise clients on strategies to preserve and transfer wealth to heirs through their estate planning.
  • Hosting and speaking at company financial planning workshops through ZOOM and in-person facilitation
  • Hosting and speaking at luncheons and dinners with prospective clients
  • Working with our team of attorneys and financial advisors to assess potential opportunities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Series 65 (or equivalent) Attained Within 120 Days
• Previous Financial Advising Experience Preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom Meetings
• Excellent phone and warm-lead calling skills
• Exceptional customer and client service skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets
