Senior Financial Analyst, HomeGoods BP&A (Hybrid work model, 2 days per week in office)

Responsibilities include:
Actively drive annual and long range budgeting processes
Independently analyze and report financial performance against plan
Build and maintain complex financial models to support corporate decision making
Partner with operational specialists and build relationships within the business. Coordinate and execute analyses with cross-functional teams; build solutions, provide answers and think creatively
Develop key business strategies to accelerate our growth and success; communicate critical findings across the team and broader corporation
Gain exposure to the company's most pressing challenges and strategic priorities, with an opportunity to drive outcomes through strategic analysis
Regular presentation to Senior Executives on forecast and operational strategies
Requirements:
3-5 years of Financial Analysis experience; Consulting, Investment Banking, FP&A, or Big 4 experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Proven aptitude with Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work within tight deadlines and time manage across multiple projects
Experience presenting to senior management

This position has a starting salary range of $80,500 to $102,700 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
