You will serve as both a mentor to our group of field service technicians and a brand ambassador for our residential and commercial air conditioning and heating clients. In addition to troubleshooting and offering technical support, you will also:
Manage customer accounts while ensuring customer loyalty, that problems are resolved, and that work is done accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate field technician training and development on products, services, sales, and industry-related updates
Work closely with customers to respond to warranty-related issues, providing guidance and technical expertise
Collaborate with dispatchers and other service technicians
Recruit, interview, and hire experienced service technicians
What matters most for this role:
High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
5+ years of industry experience including managing others
Strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Ability to motivate, manage, and train technicians, installers, and dispatchers
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, and ServiceTitan is helpful
Independent thinker and self-motivated
What we will offer:
Salary: $70,000 to 90,000/annually, depending on experience
