The individual must have strong computer and communication skills, work well independently as well as part of a team, be able to build relationships with people across all levels, be able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment, and have experience working with confidential information.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Calendar management and serving as a liaison to other departments
Coordinating company events and community service initiatives
Managing tasks and projects to completion
Preparing communications for distribution
Occasional support of other executives as needed
Specialty projects as assigned
