Plant Director
  • Strong communication and clear thinking skills - effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles, develops plans to resolve, and creates actionable strategies and operational and financial plans
  • Successfully communicate execution and results to senior executives as well as those within the business unit.
  • Responsible for implementing and leading the continuous improvement efforts. Establish credibility (through Lean knowledge, business acumen, and company policy and procedure) with executive leadership to influence basic strategy and effective inclusion of long-range improvements to the site
  • Create strategic plans to support the long-term profitable growth of the business
  • Manage plant operations to deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operating plan.
  • Responsible for delivering on Safety, Cost, Delivery, Quality, and Inventory targets
  • Drive sustainable, predictable weekly, monthly, quarterly output/revenue.
  • Evaluate and determine key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
  • Develop a superior workforce that emphasizes safety, quality, continuous improvement, high performance, and employee retention
  • Strong commitment to business ethics and integrity

SKILLS RQUIRED:
  • Proficient use of excel

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Business
  • Tier 1 Automotive supplier
  • Leadership
  • Led plant operations in different environments or culture

o Led multifunctional teams in different projects such as product launch, ERP implementation and plant transfers
