Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users via phone, email, or in-person
Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions
Document support activities and maintain accurate records
Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
