Great opportunity to work for a employee-owned, local company where you will lead HR team members in the administration of benefits, compensation, leave of absence, and worker's compensation. This manager will seek opportunities to create process efficiencies that improve the employee owner experience.
A day in the life:
Manages team to answer employee questions, complete open enrollment, facilitate new hire and qualifying life event enrollments, and resolve plan issues in collaboration with brokers and vendors.
Provides project management and strategic direction to key HRIS projects which includes HR functions
Facilitates ongoing training to the HR department to develop compliance expertise throughout the team
Other functions as necessary
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
7+ years of HR experience required; 2+ years of HR management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related field
ADP and PowerBI experience highly desired
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
