We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Automation Specialist who will create effective marketing online campaigns, set up trigger-based campaigns and establish a regular email cadence to support Cambium Networks' engagement and lead generation goals. This person will be a key member of the Global Marketing team, managing all aspects of our database and marketing automation tool (Pardot) to fully leverage its capabilities, and may support the Corporate Marketing team in other marketing areas as needed. This person must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be open to learning new skills, take ownership of projects and be comfortable working with colleagues at all levels and in geographies across the company.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing - Management of database and marketing automation tool (Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to increase brand awareness, promote Cambium Networks and drive prospects to conversions:
• Manage marketing efforts designed to generate leads, target identified opportunities and engage customers through email marketing campaigns and customized content.
• Overall day-to-day maintenance of Pardot database, including:

Build email segmentation and suppression lists, landing pages, forms.

Monitor and fix sync errors.

Maintain and update automation rules.

Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Pardot such as lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.

Analyze and evaluate regular reporting of digital marketing statistics, create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously, and share campaign performance with stakeholders.

Track MQL, SQL, opted in, untouched lead and form fill goals.

Track email statistics (opens, CTR, unsubscribes).

Working closely with the Sales Operations team, maintain integration with CRM (SFDC) and assist in the integration of additional platforms into Pardot and SFDC as applicable.

Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.

Marketing Communications - Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
• Collaborate with team to create compelling, engaging content to support integrated strategy, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing tactics including webinars, launch communications, campaigns, tradeshows and other events as required.
• Create and send regular marketing eblasts to our customer database and develop nurture campaigns to convert leads.

Identify target lists, send email, manage unsubscribes, and report on email send statistics.
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
• Working with teams throughout the company, strategize, draft and schedule other eblasts and e-newsletters as requested.
• Manage and execute email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, and internal stakeholders.

We are seeking a candidate who is creative and passionate about marketing and technology. Practical experience with Pardot (MCAE) is a plus - experience with other marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, etc.) also, SalesForce and/or SalesLoft knowledge is a bonus.

EXPERIENCE:
• Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
• Fluency in email design, campaign building and programming.
• Technical knowledge of email marketing components and best practices, including known compatibility issues across platforms.
• Self-motivated with the ability to proactively find ways to improve and connect.
• Excellent relationship management, resourcefulness and communication.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
• Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Experience with design programs, i.e. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, lnDesign, Canva a plus.
• Knowledge of Wireless/Broadband/Wi-Fi technologies and/or Hi-tech a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, URL structure & parameters a plus.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or commensurate certifications.
• 2-5 years of work experience in marketing automation or related field.
