Marketing Operations Lead

The Marketing Operations Lead will be responsible for developing and managing marketing technology stacks for a seamless campaign execution. The Lead will train and mentor marketing staff on best practices and technologies. The Marketing Operations Lead will track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and be responsible for optimizing marketing automation processes for improved workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with changing priorities.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develops and manages marketing technology stacks for seamless campaign execution.
  • Optimizes marketing automation processes for improved workflow efficiency.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on marketing campaign performance.
  • Manages marketing budget and ensures compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Implements and manages CRM systems for enhanced customer engagement.
  • Conducts market research and competitive analysis.
  • Facilitates continuous improvement in marketing processes.
  • Trains and mentors marketing staff on best practices and technologies.
  • Establishes scalable processes for campaign and lead management.
  • Coordinates with vendors and third-party service providers for effective marketing execution.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing tech stacks and automation processes
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital advertising.
  • Marketing certifications preferred, such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights that can inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in managing marketing data, including collection, cleansing, integration, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with technology stacks and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and other relevant software.
  • Ability to streamline and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams
  • Ability to define key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and provide regular reporting on marketing metrics
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.
