LL Flooring is seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Manager with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) experience that can take our website to the next level! We need someone who will partner with the corporate merchandising team to bring their products to life online, a person who is passionate about customers, can think b2b and b2c at the same time, and knows how to perform thoughtful analytics to make data driven recommendations. This role will create and execute digital strategies to grow LLFlooring.com revenue by improving shopping experience and increasing average order value (AOV) , units per transaction (UPT), and conversion rate for both our Pro and Consumer segments.
Key roles and responsibilities:
P&L ownership of assigned categories
with the Merch Team to manage content of all categories and products online; make assortment recommendations based on customer and search behavior
strategy and execution of merchandising led initiatives
strategy, Promo and campaign execution, and oversee merchandising led initiatives
and sku level reporting-week/month/qtd/ytd
site taxonomy, navigation and faceting for assigned categories
user behavior and site performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and Understand site performance down to a product level
strong attachment, upsell and browse strategies for each category
landing pages and category pages as needed
pricing to ensure competitiveness and accuracy
shopper segments and personalize site experience by customer type
weekly KPIs to all cross functional groups with category level wins and opportunities
customer feedback and perform competitive analysis to determine industry standards/best-in-class approaches to discover ways to better solve customer needs
Experience REQUIRED to apply:
5 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, category management, or related on a retail website - required.
2 years of experience on Salesforce Commerce Cloud website - required.
1 year experience with Salesforce Business Manager - required.
A successful candidate will also possess:
MCP and CRM experience
analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel abilities - required
at an omni-channel retailer and/or with a b2b business model - preferred
with Google Analytics, a/b testing tools, SEO, and 3rd party marketplaces - preferred
player who can effectively and respectfully collaborate with internal and external partners through strong oral and written communication skills
