Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced digital marketer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate is a savvy go-getter with a track record of delivering effective digital campaigns for clients/brands. Collaborating with the client services team, you'll explore opportunities to enhance our clients' web traffic and drive conversions by implementing a broad range of digital offerings as a part of their full-funnel marketing plans. Current digital services include all paid digital advertising options, SEO strategies, content development, marketing automation, and lead generation. Once approved, you will implement campaigns inside each digital advertising platform, regularly pacing and optimizing them based on agreed-upon success metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that effectively reflect clients' goals and objectives.
Work closely with the account services, web development, and content teams to ensure cohesive and innovative strategies that engage target audiences across all digital channels.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new opportunities with current and prospective clients.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure success, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations that align with their short and long-term goals.
Manage SEO and SEM campaigns, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Prepare and present detailed campaign reports and strategic insights for clients.
Maintain current digital certifications and attend training workshops and webinars.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies, with a demonstrated ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (GA4 experience a must) and Google Tag Manager.
Proven success in setting up and optimizing Google Search, Display, Video and Performance Max campaigns. Additional Google ad tool experience is a plus.
Experience implementing SEO strategies including: keyword research, on-page and technical SEO tactics, link building, local SEO, and UI/UX or content recommendations.
Strategic mindset with an ability to dig into the data to uncover insights and make recommendations for campaign enhancements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Up-to-date certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and equivalent digital marketing tools.
Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Working knowledge of WordPress CMS for posting content, and managing SEO or campaign-related tags or code.
