Shaw Search Partners is proud to lead the retained search for a leading practice management firm seeking a PR & Partnerships Lead.

Based in Miami, Florida, with practices across the country, the company acquires and grows practices within the medical aesthetics and plastic surgery category. and specializes in high-end, patient-centric practices and provides growth capital, functional expertise, and expansion support to brands within its portfolio. The PR & Partnerships Lead will lead public relations and strategic partnerships across the company, including efforts for each brand within the platform along with corporate initiatives. This individual will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and be part of the corporate leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, strategic communications, and partnership development within the healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury lifestyle industries.

Responsibilities:

? Develop and Implement PR Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive PR strategies for individual brands within the platform, as well as overarching PR initiatives, including the development and execution of seasonal and responsive earned media pitches. Ensure alignment with overall company objectives and brand positioning.

? Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure positive coverage and brand visibility. Proactively pitch stories, press releases, and thought leadership content to relevant media channels.

? Brand Representation: Serve as the primary spokesperson and brand ambassador for headquarters and its affiliated practices, effectively communicating the company's mission, values, and expertise to external audiences through media appearances, interviews, and speaking engagements.

? Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with complementary brands, organizations, and influencers to enhance AP's visibility, credibility, and market reach. Negotiate partnership agreements and oversee the implementation of collaborative initiatives.

? Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute PR events, product launches, conferences, and other promotional activities to generate buzz, foster brand awareness, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.

? Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling PR materials, including press releases, media kits, case studies, blog posts, and social media content. Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and maintains a consistent tone and style. ? Crisis Communication: Develop proactive strategies and protocols for managing PR crises and addressing potential reputational risks. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership during challenging situations, providing guidance and support as needed.

? Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze PR metrics, media coverage, and partnership outcomes to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives. Generate regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize future efforts.

Requirements

?Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related roles, with a focus on healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury lifestyle sectors.

? Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred.

? Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns, securing media placements, and building strategic partnerships.

? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations.

? Strong network of media contacts, influencers, and industry professionals.

? Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable PR strategies and initiatives.

? Creative problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

? Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.

? Proficiency in PR measurement and analytics tools.

? Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical considerations in healthcare communications is a plus
