LHH is partnering with a national law firm in seeking a detail-oriented Calendar Clerk to join their team in Cerritos, CA. The ideal candidate is well-versed in heavy calendaring, has exceptional organizational skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule court appearances and depositions with precision.
Create a variety of legal documents, including letters, emails, notices, basic pleadings, and more.
Responsible for calendaring, managing attorneys' schedules, appointments, deadlines, and alerts.
Establish effective communication channels with opposing counsel, court clerks, experts, and vendors.
E-filing in state and federal court, as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a calendar clerk or similar. Litigation/Legal Assistant experience is a plus.
Strong command of computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Exceptional organizational capabilities, adept at juggling multiple tasks concurrently.
Proficient communication to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with e-filing protocols in both state and federal jurisdictions is a plus
