What does the Executive Assistant do? Well, they will provide high-level administrative support to CEO and Chairman/New Markets with occasional support for other senior staff.
What you will be doing:
Calendar management for executives
Aid executives in preparing for meetings
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Plan company-wide events, such as annual gatherings
Perform office tasks, including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and basic bookkeeping
Coordinate projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates

Have some tech savvy -- this means you know your way around Microsoft Office suite and can teach us a thing or two about QuickBooks.
Be a ball-juggler -- you can manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics... all while staying cool as a cucumber.
Someone who is well-organized, detail-oriented with great follow-up skills -- you're the equivalent to Leslie Knope on Parks & Rec.
