Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and guide them to conference rooms, answer phones, route calls and inquiries appropriately
Calendar management for staff, scheduling meetings and calls
Assist with bringing in meals for breakfast or lunch, or making reservations as needed
Travel arrangements including flight and hotel arrangements
Administrative support to different departments and senior leaders
Clerical support, data entry, sorting mail, filing, printing and binding reports
Order office supplies and kitchen refreshments
Look ahead and anticipate office needs in order to keep processes running smoothly
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills
At least 5 years of experience working in an administrative position, with experience in calendar management and office support
Able to handle responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy
AA or BS degree preferred, but not required
Compensation and Schedule
This position will pay $25-30/hr depending on experience
Hours for this position are 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
This is a Direct Hire opportunity
This role is in-person Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Friday
