Job Title: Part-Time Freight Data Entry Specialist
Location: Carson, CA (Onsite)
Hours: 5-6 hours per day, early hours starting at 6:00 AM
Salary: $18 to $21 per hour
Role Overview: LHH is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Part-Time Freight Data Entry Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in our operations, responsible for organizing and maintaining essential paperwork related to freight deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data entry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data from delivery slips and proof of delivery documents into our database
Organize and maintain physical and digital records of freight shipments
Scan and file paperwork to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of freight data
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Comfortable working early hours, starting at 6:00 AM
