Apex Health Group is a growing Durable Medical Equipment supplier in the DMV. Our company is made up of a close-knit, highly relational team who truly prioritize customers, serve one another, and remain flexible to support the overall success of the team.

Apex Health Group is hoping to add a driven individual to the team who will manage order processing and communication with customers/patients. The ability to learn quickly and establish standard operating procedures will be critical to maintain our level of customer service. The most important aspects of this job will be data entry, customer communication via phone and email, and internal communication with sales and logistics counterparts.

This role is critical for keeping accurate data/records and ensuring that the broader team is well coordinated so orders can be processed quickly and correctly and patients can receive top-notch care.

Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Creating and managing Word, PDF, and Excel documents required for order fulfillment and record keeping
  • Electronically organizing and maintaining customer and order records
  • Proactively communicating critical and timely information with customers to support efficient operations and service
  • Communicating with sales team and logistics team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Reviewing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively communicating with customers via phone, email, and text

An ideal candidate will be someone who is meticulous at data entry comfortable initiating phone calls to customers to keep them informed and updated. This role requires excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. Furthermore, an excellent candidate will be inclined to routinely re-evaluate and improve internal processes.

The candidate should have experience working in an office environment and performing administrative tasks.
