Responsibilities:
Coordinate appointments between clients and linguists across multiple industries
Manage a high volume of phone calls with clients and vendors
Ensure precise scheduling and logistical arrangements
Maintain detailed records and documentation of appointments
Collaborate with various teams to optimize scheduling efficiency
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and linguists
Contribute to a positive and productive office environment
Requirements:
College degree preferred
Exceptional multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills (proficiency in scheduling software a plus)
Outstanding customer service orientation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
Prior experience in scheduling and/or, coordination
Must be honest, drug-free, and smoke-free
Compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
