We are seeking a capable and dynamic Administrative Assistant II to join the team of one of the most well-known higher education institutes in the Boston area! The ideal candidate is a highly organized multitasker with administrative experience supporting executives or upper management and enjoys working in a busy office environment. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for curriculum planning and scheduling
Assist with any searches conducted through the department
Attend meetings and participate in conference calls, taking detailed notes/minutes
Provide administrative support for various company projects and events when needed
Complete projects and special assignments as requested
Provide general administrative support to the office
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
3-4+ years of experience providing administrative support to executives/upper management
Must have good customer service, calendar management experience, and scheduling experience, and someone professional and polished.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Friendly demeanor and strong people skills
Prior higher education experience is a plus
