Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and visitors in a professional manner.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional certifications or courses in office administration is a plus.
