This exciting executive assistant role is within a boutique investment firm based in Century City, Los Angeles. The executive assistant will support the principal of the firm. They will be responsible for many different tasks related to the administration and operations of the business, and will have the opportunity to broaden their skillset in a fast moving intellectual environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have a strong work ethic, and be ready to work in an environment with senior executives and confidential information. Responsibilities will range from booking travel and meetings, to proofreading reports and assisting in the research of companies. Attention Candidates: The role requires prior executive assistant experience at a private equity fund, hedge fund, or family investment office.
Responsibilities
Book meetings with multiple attendees using MS Teams, Zoom, or in person
Maintain calendars
Organize travel
Establish communications between financial counterparties
Log and file documents
Organize documents and reports
Proofread reports
Collate market data
Conduct company research
Manage digital marketing
Data entry
Manage database and client portal
Other assistance to the Principal
Qualifications (all required)
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience in administrative role at a private equity fund or a hedge fund
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
Skilled in Apple software
Skilled in Microsoft Office
Skilled in Apple Mailchimp
