We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! The duties of this position will include clerical and administrative functions to provide day-to-day support to associates and firm operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, efficient, and organized. The position will undertake a variety of support tasks while working diligently to complete time-sensitive work. Prior office administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. The Salary for this position is based on skill set and prior experience.
The ability to learn quickly is a plus. The candidate must be willing to work independently and function well as part of a team. The candidate for this position MUST be timely, dependable, reliable, and have a positive attitude. This is an important position for our company, allowing all other aspects of our organization to run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Organize office and assist associates
Sort and distribute communications promptly
Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
Schedule appointments
Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties such as greeting the public and answering multi-line phone system

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
Working knowledge of office equipment
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
