We are based out of sunny Southern California at the Tilly's RSC. You'll hear the term RSC a lot, it stands for Retail Support Center since our corporate offices are here to support our retail and online stores.

SUMMARY:

The following is a brief description of responsibilities to be performed by the Loss Prevention Administrative Assistant. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintaining alarm system Pass cards / reports / schedules.
  • Managing Zendesk system supporting the store's repairs and services
  • Administration of Netsuite- PO and expense processing for Department
  • Maintaining Store Accident files in LPMS system
  • Maintaining LP Vendor relationships, performance and follow up.
  • Assisting with Loss Prevention communications to corporate and the stores.
  • Assisting with form/report development.
  • Developing/maintaining statistical information
  • Maintaining store files.
  • Researching vendors for Loss Prevention applications.
  • Assisting in monitoring the anonymous caller information/data.
  • Following up on legal correspondence.
  • Assisting/ following up with insurance claims.
  • Administrate / Maintaining Certificates of Insurance
  • Assisting with front desk responsibilities as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong organizational development skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of internal and external team members.
  • Ability to form strong partnerships across reporting relationships.
  • Microsoft Office computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Other Computer Program Skills; Zendesk / LPMS / Intellex / Netsuite.
  • High School Diploma or GED required

What to Expect?

Hourly Salary Range: $22-$25: Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Based out of HQ in Irvine, CA with a minimum of 4 days in office.
