Job Description:

LHH is currently partnering with a Law Firm in the Richmond, VA area looking to bring on several Customer service representatives. This is a temporary role with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee. This position requires candidates to be local to Richmond, VA and will be a hybrid schedule. Prior call center experience within professional services is required for this role. The hourly pay rate for the position is $21hr. Please note this will be a non-scripted call center environment. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls in a non-scripted, professional call center setting, providing white-glove service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, requiring a complex review of documents and research to provide accurate and timely information. Follow up with customers to ensure they received all the information needed
  • Document Review: Review documents to provide correct information to callers. Review document submissions for completeness, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately.
  • Database Management: Record detailed notes in the database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide a white-glove experience to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Adherence to Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 for training
  • 2 shifts are available: Early shift (7:30 - 4:00) and Evening shift (12 - 8:30)
  • Call Center Experience: Prior experience in a non-scripted call center is required, preferably in the professional services industry (finance, banking, legal etc.)
  • Document Review Skills: Ability to conduct complex document reviews and research to provide accurate information.
  • Dependability: Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
