Our client in Santa Fe, NM is looking for Customer Technical Support.
This position represents the Credit Union by being part of the Contact Center team. Essential duties include attending to member requests through phone, online, and mail channels performing procedural transactions for members, and responding to general member inquiries.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Excellent technical aptitude
Highly skilled in volume-based data entry and processing
Experienced in providing a high level of service to customers
Experienced in handling difficult situations
Strong ability to multi-task
Ability to properly prioritize and escalate issues
Focused on "getting to yes" - quick resolution of service needs that impact our Members
The assignment is to help ease a credit card conversion as part of a technology implementation/transition and provide support to Members and internal teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 to 2 years of solid experience in the financial services industry.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be enthusiastic and with a can-do attitude.
Ability to use technology and work with multiple systems.
H.S. Diploma or Associate's degree
