1-year+ related customer service experience preferably within a call center environment
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Plusses:
High school diploma or equivalent
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Experience working with delivery, transportation, or logistics
Day-to-day:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that RXO delivers on the promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers via telephone and email at every step of the experience. This may include diagnosing, assessing, and resolving problems or issues, as well as dealing with complaints calmly and professionally. Other responsibilities may include tracking the progress of delivery routes, processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders, and scanning haul-away pods and stamps.
