Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper. The Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper will be responsible for providing executive support and administrative assistance. Daily tasks include managing expense reports, accounting, bookkeeping, investor relations, Assisting CEO, coordinating meetings, assisting with communication, and other related fund management activities.
Qualifications
Good organizational and time management skills
Experience in executive administrative assistance and supporting high-level executives
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial management
Detail-oriented and accurate in completing tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
