As our Office Coordinator based in the vibrant heart of Burbank, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, keeping our creative haven running like clockwork. You'll orchestrate the magic behind the scenes - from managing our maze of offices to being the go-to guru for our team's needs.

  • Captain the Ship: Steer the day-to-day ops across our six offices, ensuring our space is where creativity meets efficiency.

  • Support Squad: Work closely with our Senior Team on budgets and keep our financial ship sailing smoothly.

  • Tech Liaison: Be the bridge between our tech needs and our non-stop creative flow.

  • Guardian: Ensure our fortress is secure, from protocols to audits.

  • Place Maker: Liaise with vendors and landlords to keep our creative spaces inspiring.
