Job Summary:
The Contract Representative will review and process Medicare Supplement and Supplemental Health and Life contracts of varying complexity levels, within Client Supplemental Benefits (CSB).
This role uses multiple systems to research, analyze, and process contracts in accordance with federal/state guidelines, as well as Medicare guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Review and accurately process incoming New Business contracts from agents and applicants within the established time service standards
Prepare written correspondence to applicant regarding status of contracts
Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and New Business procedures
Function as an effective team member through positive communication and interaction with co-workers
Analyze policies to ensure they are in compliance with legislation
Input contracts into system
Research, coordinate information, and respond to questions from internal partners and/or external clients
Identifies process improvements for own cases

Detailed Oriented
Critical Thinking
Experience in a call center environment
6+ months related experience, or equivalent combination of education experience
Knowledge of state specific requirements for Medicare supplement plans
Healthcare knowledge experience required.
Good knowledge and understanding of Contracts and business/operating processes and procedures
Data entry experience required
Experience in analytical editing, organization, critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and diplomacy, open communication, flexibility and learning on the fly
Accurate in a fast-paced environment, functional team support, self-initiated, training / teaching, excels at multitasking
