Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting hourly rate for this position is $32.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for annual incentive pay equal to 5% of annual regular pay, prorated in the first year, in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
