- Mainframe System Administrators with competencies in zOS, HSM Storage, CICS, and MQ to adequately support the customer.
- Provide admin support for the z/OS operating system.
- Perform system configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
- Collaborate with Bank mainframe administrators and support teams.
- Perform routine health checks and performance monitoring on the Mainframe.
- Provide support for mainframe disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Participate in regular DR tests and exercises.
- Provide support and administer mainframe storage resources.
- Support and Manage HSM and storage pools.
- Support data availability and backup strategies.
- Support and administer Mainframe CICS regions.
- Monitor CICS performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with application teams for CICS-related requirements.
- Support and administer IBM MQ on the mainframe.
- Support and maintain MQ queues and channels.
- Ensure message delivery and queue management.
- Support MQ-related incidents and Mainframe applications using MQ.
- Provide support for in-scope incidents that occur during India work hours.
- Collaborate with Client CICS administrators and support teams.
- Perform DR Test, Capacity Monitoring, Process Documentation, and update time to time bases
