Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Use relationship management skills through developing and growing a customer base focused on HVAC construction projects.
- Utilize project management skills by performing estimates for preliminary designs.
- Meet with customers to establish and maintain relationships and generate sales.
- Estimate HVAC/plumbing construction/installation projects and set up and close out projects.
- Manage the work you sell and coordinate the installation with the field, suppliers, and other subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- 3+ plus years of project management with HVAC or plumbing-related projects.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent field experience is preferred.
- Relevant knowledge of codes, a basic understanding of design, and a strong understanding of how to put together disciplined estimates.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
