Project Managers orchestrate the activities of crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials across multiple projects. They ensure projects are completed either within or ahead of the estimated cost and schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in overseeing, coordinating, and communicating effectively with diverse individuals in various roles, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to interpret and implement blueprints, elevation plans, drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Familiarity with asphalt paving techniques, materials, and industry standards.
Comprehensive understanding of legal regulations related to construction and building sites.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
