Following expansion into high potential markets, my client is looking to expand their already strong Heavy Civil construction team in Miami, by hiring a Sr.Scheduler for their current Heavy Civil Mega Project.
You will be part of an award winning scheduling team working on high-profile projects:
Responsibilities:
Examine all alterations to the project timeline and assess their repercussions on both cost and schedule.
Efficiently Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events for the project.
Utilize scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to create, update and maintain the baseline schedule.
Oversees project controls, evaluating risks. Propose and implement process improvements.
Conduct detailed risk assessments for schedule changes and presenting findings to the project team.
Act as a liaison between higher management and relevant stakeholders.
Generate reports and analyse scheduling data to identify trends and make recommendations for schedule improvement.
Must be fluent in resource loaded scheduling.
Must be able to hit the ground running with minimal job training.
Requirements:
Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
6+ years of project scheduling experience.
Proficiency with Primavera P6.
Demonstrating longevity of service with a Top ENR GC.
